PoliciesRETURNS/EXCHANGES:Items that have a defect, do not fit, etc. can be exchanged within 30days for an item of equal value of the original item. We ask that the buyer first contact Harrilu to discuss the issue, then return the item. Upon receiving the item(s), Harrilu will ship out a replacement(s) or gift certificate in the amount of the item.
Each order is shipped out as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-4 days for an order to be processed and shipped. Please note that there are times when the shop may have a delayed ship and will notify you prior to you completing your order. This may be due to attendance at a show or and illness. We ship USPS Priority on all shirts in the US. Some items will be shipped first class if they are small or light weight, such as pins, magnets or accessories. Overseas/Canada: we ship using global priority. If you would like something in a certain time frame or speed, please contact us and we will send a revised invoice for additional shipping charges. PAYMENT:We accept Credit Cards: Mastercard, Visa and American Express (sorry no discover at this time!). We also accept Paypal. If using paypal echeck: the item(s) will be processed and shipped after receiving confirmation/notification that the echeck has cleared. |
