PoliciesRETURNS/EXCHANGES:Items that have a defect, do not fit, etc. can be exchanged within 30days for an item of equal value of the original item. We ask that the buyer first contact Harrilu to discuss the issue, then return the item. Upon receiving the item(s), Harrilu will ship out a replacement(s) or gift certificate in the amount of the item. If an item can not be exchanged and needs to be returned, there will be a 10% restocking fee subtracted from the value of the item(s). Please include a copy of your shipping/packing slip and/or a written note with the address of where to send the new item and size and style of item wanted to replace the original. We will do our best to exchange or return your item in a quick manner upon receiving the item and information. The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges for any item returned not based upon defect.
Our normal shipping and processing time is 1-7 days depending on the complexity of your order and our current level of orders. Please note that there are times when the shop may have a delayed ship and will notify you prior to you completing your order. We do our best to be as timely as possible, but please let us know if you have any questions. Gift Packaging: We offer complimentary gift cards with each purchase. If you would like to add a note or gift enclosure card, please let us know in the comment area in checkout or via email at info (at) harrilu.com. Gift Wrap is available upon request for a nominal charge. Please email us for details. We ship USPS Priority on all shirts in the US. Some items will be shipped first class if they are small or light weight, such as pins, magnets or accessories. Overseas/Canada: we ship using global priority whenever possible, however the larger orders or bulk will be sent airmail as needed. Please contact us with any questions regarding international post. If you would like something in a certain time frame or speed, please contact us and we will send a revised invoice for additional shipping charges. PAYMENT: We accept Credit Cards: Mastercard, Visa and American Express (sorry no discover at this time!). We also accept Paypal. If using paypal echeck: the item(s) will be processed and shipped after receiving confirmation/notification that the echeck has cleared. For Paypal Payments: We will need a confirmed address to ship your product. If your address has not been confirmed via Paypal, please let us know and we can re-run your order once the address has been confirmed.
